Same Sex Marriages on Hold Again

The Courts have spoken and same-sex marrriages in California are on hold...again. The matter is going to have to wind its way through the court system but it looks like it may have been fast-tracked so that a decision by December is possible.

Until the law is settled, California still affords same sex couples multiple legal rights closely akin to marital rights through Domestic Partner registration and also through the potential recognition of similar "relationships" entered into in other states.
